“HBK architects were delighted to be appointed as architects for this project following on from previous work for Old Warren Partnership in 1997 on the “Raggety Bap” houses in Avonmore Park.
Having first met with the group to discuss requirements and aspirations in 1999 it has been a long and sometimes torturous journey since navigating through the funding application and land acquisition stages and it is testimony to the patience and determination of all involved that most of the original people who played apart are still involved.
Internally the building will provide modern accommodation for the businesses that will locate there and a bright airy environment for the users of the centre. We hope that the building will bring a commercial hub to the area, become a focal point for the Estate and be one that everyone connected with Old Warren will be proud of.”
