"HBK architects were delighted to be appointed as architects for this project following on from previous work for Old Warren Partnership in 1997 on the "Raggety Bap" houses in Avonmore Park.
Having first met with the group to discuss requirements and aspirations in 1999 it has been a long and sometimes torturous journey since navigating through the funding application and land acquisition stages and it is testimony to the patience and determination of all involved that most of the original people who played apart are still involved.
Internally the building will provide modern accommodation for the businesses that will locate there and a bright airy environment for the users of the centre. We hope that the building will bring a commercial hub to the area, become a focal point for the Estate and be one that everyone connected with Old Warren will be proud of." |

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is delighted to be able to support the Laganview Enterprise Centre by providing the land in the Old Warren estate for its construction.
The Housing Executive, through its Lisburn Antrim Street District Office, has worked with the Old Warren Community Association and the Old Warren Partnership over many years to bring about a regeneration programme that has provided residents with good quality homes set in a pleasant and inviting environment with well developed community services.
The Enterprise Centre will be a valuable resource for the community as it will provide additional services and modern meeting and training facilities. The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is pleased to be associated with this development. |

The hall was brilliant, very spacious and with excellent facilities, in particular access to the kitchen was great and the TV in the hall was very useful on several occasions. I found the system of having people from the surrounding area open and lock up very efficient. It was great not having to worry about locking up at the end of the evening and it was a relief to know that when I arrived for the start of the class the centre would be open for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending LaganView Enterprise Centre as a venue to anybody thinking of renting the hall in the future. Thank you to the staff for all their help and support, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble!

The SE Trust have used the community hall for after work physical activities (Yoga, Pilates, Gymball, Circuits) as part of the Staff Health & Wellbeing Programme. We have found the venue to be excellent for these classes, which can have up to 36 participants at a class. Car parking is also very good. We have also used this venue for workshops and have the found the service and facilities to be excellent. There is always a friendly and helpful service when you phone to make bookings and discuss requirements. I would highly recommend this venue.
